Desert Adventures specializes in kayaking tours, canoe camping, and stand-up paddleboarding, as well as mountain biking and hiking tours. We operate in the Lake Mead area, Black Canyon, Valley of Fire, and southern Utah.
Desert Adventures places a strong emphasis on maintaining smaller group sizes, offering personalized services, serving nourishing food, and creating awe-inspiring adventures. Their guides are prepared with a wealth of skills, ensuring your experience is immersive and fulfilling. They share local histories, point out fascinating wildlife and geological features, and offer valuable guidance and insight. Guides are prepared for any situation and are equipped with wilderness medicine knowledge, satellite communication devices, waterproof AED, and extensive first aid kits.
The team is devoted to crafting kayak tours and other backcountry trips that are more than just experiences—they’re memories, lessons, and stories waiting to be shared.
Tour Details
Tours are 3-4 hours, with longer options available. We offer full day tours as well as multi day trips with all camping gear included.
Rental Details
Rentals are for 4 hours and run most days. Morning and afternoon options are available.
